Our normal delivery window is 9am–5pm. We can’t promise an exact delivery time, but we’re often able to deliver within about four hours of placing the order. Add a preferred time window in the order notes and we’ll do our best. (Major holidays can have extended hours—call to verify.)

Absolutely. We deliver to local hospitals (including Bronson Battle Creek, Oaklawn, Bronson Behavioral Health, and the VA), and we coordinate directly with area funeral homes for respectful, timely delivery.
